Just 2.5 hour drive from Athens and 3.00 hour by boat from Piraeus, the villa is situated on the southern part of this cosmopolitan summer resort, popular with elite Athenian families for decades now.

The villa is located above the peripheral road of the island that leads to some beautiful beaches. Enfolded by an enchanting garden with a lovely pool area and pool pavilion, the villa commands beautiful views over the sea which is just a three minute walk from the house, and a five minute walk from the well-known Kouzounos Beach.

The villa is charmingly decorated with fresh and easy touches. Interiors are airy and light, and combine with the wonderful living spaces, both indoor and outdoor, to make this a happy and easy holiday house.
