When rented along with neighboring Villa Filia II, Villa Filia I is an ideal location for two families or a large party looking for adjacent properties each with their own private outdoor area and pools. The villas, share the parking area of the property. The villas are separated by the private quarters of the live-in staff. The villas are semi-detached however, with private swimming pool and private outdoor areas.

• The three master bedrooms are located on the main floor, each with their en-suite bathrooms. Each main floor bedroom has stunning views of Sykinos, Antiparos and Folegandros as the villa faces south and terrace space outside the bedrooms.

• On the lower level there are 2 additional and spacious master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and each with their own wardrobe or walking closet.

• The lower level has an additional twin bedroom (2 single beds that can be converted in a double bed) with the bathroom located on the lower-level grounds.
