A chic, airy and very spacious waterfront villa, built with love by its glamorous Athenian owner, with generous terraces, a main house and guest house lay-out, pretty gardens, and a wonderful infinity pool commanding panoramic views just above a secluded beach. Conveniently located a few minutes drive from the pretty and lively port of Pisso Livadi and Golden Beach with its windsurfing and other sports. This stretch of coast is lively and fun, with lots of places to go and things to do.

A footpath leads from the garden gate along the sea, to a small secluded beach. The property consists of a main house with four bedrooms, an upper guest house with two, a very large pool, and beautifully planted and tended gardens of around 12,000 sq.m.
The views from the pool terrace take in the whole panorama of the islands nearby, and the 6 bedrooms offer Cycladic chic combined with extremely spacious and comfortable living. The villa is built in traditional Cycladic style with whitewashed cubic blocks and consists of the main house and of the guest house further back.

A wonderful infinity pool commands panoramic views and a spacious, shaded pergola offers an outdoor living area with sofas and coffee tables.
Another shaded pergola to the side provides outdoor dining, with a built in BBQ.
