THE HOUSE

The ideal summer retreat! This beautiful farmhouse is located on secluded 3,000 acre Nature Reserve in Kent on the Isle of Sheppey with a secret private beach. The property’s interiors are truly beautiful following an extensive renovation and which offers the experience of a luxurious private home.  Kingshill is truly about staying in style and complete comfort, whilst feeling at home and with nature. All rooms are sumptuous and provide everything you could need with amazing views.

The incredible kitchen and breakfast room has plenty of space for a family. Featuring a dream kitchen and stunning views of the Reserve through huge glass doors. The ground floor has a drawing room for evenings to dress up for, a library with games for relaxed afternoons and a third snug area for late night whiskies around the fire. The beautiful gardens have plenty of space to play, sit in the sun and eat alfresco. There is also a large fire pit for evenings outside. And of course you have access to the 3,300 acre wild of Nature Reserve and there is a secret beach located on the estate. There’s space for four cars immediately outside the villa, and a nearby car park on the estate for additional cars.

Housekeeping and breakfast is included in the rate and a chef can also be arranged for lunch or dinner at the house (as formal or relaxed you wish) or you can dine in the restaurant on the estate with other guests.
